Coach

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking passionate Fitness Coaches to lead dynamic, science-backed training sessions for up to 36 members. The role involves guiding participants through effective workouts, ensuring safety, maintaining studio cleanliness, and representing the company at events. The position requires excellent coaching skills and the ability to motivate a diverse range of fitness levels.

Requirements

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, NPTI)
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• 1+ years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and functional movement
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
