Program Supervisor, SafeCare Family Services (SFS) at Flagstone & Kensington Family Shelter

The Program Supervisor position oversees the SafeCare Family Services program at Flagstone Family Shelter & Kensington Family Shelter in Brooklyn, NY, providing leadership, coaching, and supervision to staff and ensuring the successful delivery of an evidence-based parenting skills curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and 2 years of applicable experience
• Master’s Degree (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy)
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• 2 years of direct experience working with families and children in a shelter-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish or Haitian Creole (preferred)
