Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, empathetic, and solutions-oriented assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or NetSuite is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite include advanced power apps
