Sales Development Representative

We're looking for highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to be a core part of our 2026 success story and beyond in the dynamic Brazil B2B market. As our SDR, you'll play the crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships within our target customer segments in Brazil.

Requirements

• Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
• 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience working directly with B2B clients in Brazil.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Experience working with HR & Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company.
