Maintenance Technician Assistant

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician Assistant to provide maintenance and preventative maintenance services to our Residents. This is a full-time position scheduled to work Tuesday – Saturday.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• Must have the ability to complete reports
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents
