
Job description
Assemble materials and products manually, operate auxiliary equipment, and perform quality functions to ensure product meets quality criteria. Work in a team environment, follow safety and company guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Perform sanding, polishing, cleaning, assembly, and packing job tasks as assigned. Inspect products for quality defects, perform post-molding operations, and rework as required. Maintain accurate records and follow assembly schedules.
Must be able to read and understand instructions, work well with others, and take ownership of own work and behavior. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to new projects, and meet high quality work standards.
