Job description
The Mold Tech III is responsible for performing all duties related to injection mold maintenance and repair, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of molds. The role requires working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and tooling.
The Mold Tech III will perform in-house injection mold repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as read and understand engineering documents. They will also be responsible for handling molds safely, meeting deadlines, and efficiently routing jobs through the shop.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in injection mold maintenance and troubleshooting, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
