Campbell's is seeking a Director, Category Management for Walmart. The successful candidate will lead and advance Category Leadership to drive growth and improve performance for Campbell Snacks within Walmart and Sam's Club.

Requirements

• Translate Category Strategy into custom Walmart/Sam's category stories and growth initiatives
• Develop strong working relationships with Walmart and Sam's Buyers
• Manage a team of Advisors responsible for providing strategic and tactical recommendations to Walmart buyers
• Identify growth opportunities for direct reports and team members
• Develop and deploy Category Leadership best practices
