Faculty will develop and deliver course content, support the institution's Christian mission, and provide a Christian role model for students. They will also promote the discipline and attract students to the field.

• Ability to develop lectures, demonstrations, assignments, and enrichment activities
• Teaching coursework in various specialties
• Supporting the institution's Christian mission
• Providing a Christian role model for students
• Maintaining a strong interest in the pursuit of knowledge
• Promoting the discipline on and off campus
• Identifying with professional organizations and professionals of the discipline
• Assisting in developing syllabi for courses
• Assisting students by monitoring and evaluating their progress
• Demonstrating excellence in teaching
