Land Agent

At Canacre, we emphasize continuous development and growth, and we are seeking a Land Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and acquiring agreements for projects in Manitoba, while also providing site acquisition expertise to clients and/or engineering/construction personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Post-secondary education in geography, GIS, land acquisition/real estate
• 5+ yrs experience in land acquisition/real estate, or Right-of-Way
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation
• A committed team player with excellent communication skills
