We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive advisor business forward and generate sales growth by working with the outside wholesaler and sales support team.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in the financial services/investment industry
- Industry specific designations such as CSC or IFIC
- Strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- Excellent social skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Expert communicator with presentation, training, and knowledge transfer skills
- Great telephone etiquette with ability to manage high call volumes
- Negotiation skills and perseverance in the face of setbacks
- Competency in investment product knowledge, tools, and sales concepts
