
Job description
The TPMO (Advice Canada & Shared Services team) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Project Delivery to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management & Governance, you will be responsible to lead a team of experienced Project Manager & Program Managers and to promote delivery best practices within the organization.
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, including staff and contingent labour, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective execution of Delivery methodologies across initiatives. Support and promote Delivery best practices and techniques within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing technology projects. Minimum of 5 years' experience directly and/or indirectly managing teams of senior level professionals. Designations in project management, scrum, Agile or related fields is considered an asset.
