Canada Post is seeking a post office assistant available for a term who adopts a client-focused approach when providing counter service to customers. The ideal candidate should live in the community in question.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or provincial equivalent
• Training and/or experience related to interacting with the public in retail sales and/or service
• Understanding of ordinary accounting systems or post office systems
• Sufficient physical form to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to be available for temporary tasks as needed
