Job Description
Seeking a temporary postal assistant with customer-focused approach to provide counter service to customers, with a high school diploma or equivalent provincial experience, and training/experience in retail sales and/or service sector.
Requirements
- Sell postal products and services to businesses and the general public
- Sort, distribute and properly handle mail
- Provide customers with information and forms
- Handle delivery and service issues to quickly and fully resolve problems
