Leasing Specialist (*Talent Pool*)

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-oriented, and people-friendly individual to join our Ottawa team as a Leasing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, managing the leasing process, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations
