Join our team as a Senior Regional Leasing Manager and drive portfolio performance by optimizing leasing results, reducing vacancies, and elevating revenue through strategic sales leadership and market-driven insights.
Requirements
- 7 yearsâ experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, property management or related field
- College/University degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office. SAP/Yardi knowledge is an asset
- Experienced in team management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced analytical acumen, capable of interpreting market signals, digital behaviour, pricing dynamics, and competitive insights
- Demonstrated pattern of exceptional sales performance, consistently surpassing leasing and revenue targets
