Senior Risk Analyst, Operational Resilience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Operational Resilience, reporting to the Manager, Operational Resilience. As a Senior Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting Canadian Tire Bank’s (CTB) Operational Resilience Framework and Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience as a risk analyst or an equivalent business-related role
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices related to operational resilience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
