Health and Safety Manager, National - Canderel

We are looking for an experience health and safety professional to design and implement a modern H&S framework across a diverse real estate portfolio — office towers, mixed-use, industrial assets — with a particular focus on the frontline building employees who face the greatest day-to-day operational risk as well as tenant/occupant safety and building systems compliance.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in OHS, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
• CRSP designation required (or actively in progress)
• 7–10 years of progressive H&S experience, with 3+ years in a national multi-site leadership role
• Direct experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is strongly preferred
