Job description
The Team Agilist ensures that a single Agile Team operates effectively and continuously improves. Serving as a servant leader and coach, the Team Agilist leads the team transformation, facilitates team cadences, promotes proactive risk management, and removes impediments that block progress.
Facilitate team sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team in Lean and Agile product managerial and Agile technical practices to maintain sustainable, predictable, fast and adaptable delivery.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, Service Delivery Manager, or equivalent role. Delivered the transformation of several Agile Teams, including examples of all stages from team formation to high levels of agility and performance.
