As a Business Operations Consultant, you will work with financial institutions to optimize and expand their capabilities. The role involves self-service configuration, marketing tools, and data-driven analytics to drive growth and profitability.
You will provide expert, end-to-end support to clients, from conversions and implementations to custom development and customer care. You will work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their goals.
