Product Senior Agilist - Servicing

Role Overview

The Product Senior Agilist owns the delivery and transformation system for a Product Group, ensuring predictable execution across multiple Agile Teams, and manages the Team Agilists in the Product Group, ensuring consistent execution discipline, system transparency, and continuous advancement of Radiance maturity.

What You Will Do

Establish and operate the Product Group planning and execution cadence, lead transformation and execution of a Product (team of teams), cultivate and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, and support alignment across multiple Agile Teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Agile leadership, with at least 1 year having responsibility over an entire team-of-teams, agile program or product, and proven success facilitating and aligning multiple teams around shared objectives and cadences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Agile leadership
• Mastery of several Agile product, process and technical practices
• Demonstrable experience with and operational knowledge of several team-of-teams Lean and Agile methods and scaling practices
• Ability to clarify their product needs, challenges, and opportunities, articulate a transformation vision, and pursue it
• Skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution
• Experience in product development (new product introduction and mature product sustaining)
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering Managers in a technology-driven environment
• Skilled in using Agile metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
