
Job description
The Senior Pricing Strategy Manager will architect and operationalize the pricing frameworks that power Candescent’s platform growth. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, finance, and go-to-market execution—turning market intelligence and customer insight into scalable pricing models.
Design and test outcome-based pricing structures, define segmentation and willingness-to-pay strategies, and establish the operational underpinnings for metering, billing, and renewals.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to bring structure and clarity to how we monetize innovation—balancing profitability, scalability, and customer success.
