
Job description
Under general supervision, responsible for operating scanning equipment, coordinating document preparation, and quality checking. Maintains equipment and workspace. May perform other related duties.
Coordinate and prepare projects for document scanning, electronic conversion, and indexing. Check specifications for accuracy and quality. Maintain scanner quality and rates of production.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 year experience in a mailroom or office environment, and some computer skills. Excellent customer service and professional attitude required.
