Fourth Class Operating Engineer

The Fourth Class Operating Engineer is responsible for the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical utilities and building systems supporting a large-scale GMP certified hybrid greenhouse.

Requirements

• Valid Fourth Class Operating Engineer Certificate
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose mechanical and control system issues
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs
• Experience in large-scale industrial facilities (greenhouse, food, pharma, manufacturing, utilities)
• Experience with low pressure boilers, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, heat exchangers, large scale hydronic systems, electronic controls, and PLCs
