Job description
We are looking for an IT Service Manager to complete our IT Governance team. The role is based in Germany and involves working with our IT teams and stakeholders to improve service quality and operational excellence.
Develop and implement IT service management strategies, manage IT service processes, and improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service management, project management, and organizational development, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
