Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the requirement gathering and brainstorming discussions with Product owner, Enterprise, and Business architects. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in corporate IT and at least 4 years of experience in a functional BA role in a large Data warehouse or Data engineering application.

Requirements

• 7+ years of working experience in corporate IT and at least 4 years of experience in a functional BA role in a large Data warehouse or Data engineering application
• Banking/Finance Domain Knowledge preferable Wealth and Private bank domain experience
• Technical stack – Excel, SQL, GCP-Big Query, Preferred - Scripting knowledge – Python, Unix script
• Documentation Tools – Confluence, Jira, Visio/Draw
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill
• Having Data governance, Data quality controls design & Data modelling experience preferred
• Agile ways of working – Able to create User Stories in JIRA, Facilitate Discussions with Business and Technical team
• Other good to have skills – Cloud technology awareness- GCP/AWS, IT deployment & operation awareness
