The Manager of Business Systems will lead the strategy, optimization, and evolution of critical enterprise and manufacturing systems supporting a fast-growing aerospace technology organization. The ideal candidate brings strong business process analysis capabilities, experience gathering and defining requirements, and the ability to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to drive scalable operational solutions and improved systems interoperability.
Requirements
- Serve as the Product Owner and systems owner for critical enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
- Lead business requirements gathering efforts for new systems implementations, integrations, and workflow redesign initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to align systems strategy with business needs.
- Support and improve integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems.
- Support business workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational data management.
- Help model and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise systems interoperability.
- Translate operational and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.
- Support enterprise systems modernization, Console redesign, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
