Capital Farm Credit seeks a Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Credit to lead the credit administration of the company's commercial portfolio and monitor larger credits. The successful candidate will oversee a team of credit analysts and provide guidance on credit underwriting and structuring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, or other related field
- Ten (10) years' experience in credit analysis for a related lender with five (5) years of management experience in large and/or complex loans
- Proven leadership skills and ability to build successful teams
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of credit standards and real estate appraisal requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and credit analysis software
