Platform Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to own and evolve our Internal Developer Portal (IDP) as a first-class product for developers. You will partner with Product Management to define the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a centralized service catalog and self-service capabilities that reduce friction and cognitive load for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading internal platforms or developer-facing products
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices
• Familiarity with the Internal Developer Portal ecosystem and tools such as Backstage, Port, or Cortex
• Experience managing and developing teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Ability to build alignment and consensus across Security, SRE, Architecture, and Engineering leadership
