We're looking for a Safety & Security Technology Manager to lead our global physical security technology program. As a member of the Global Safety and Security team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Capital Group's global physical security technology program. You will support the broader security technology strategy and roadmap by translating priorities into operational plans that enhance the safety and security of Capital Group's people, assets, facilities, and business operations across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, security technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in physical security technology, security engineering, or related roles, including experience leading technical or operational teams.
- Deep knowledge of physical security systems architecture and lifecycle management, including access control, video management, alarms, and system integrations.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and deployments in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to lead, coach, and manage a technical delivery team while remaining hands-on and execution-focused when needed.
- Experience implementing and operating within established standards, governance processes, and compliance requirements for technology programs.
- Strong vendor and integrator management experience, including oversight of service delivery, performance expectations, and corrective actions.
- Ability to translate technical issues, system risks, and performance needs into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure.
- Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments, incident response needs, and on-call responsibilities as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business units, regions, and technical disciplines.
