Job description
We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the evolution of our mission-critical platform powering Capital One's Commercial Lending Underwriters. As a Lead Back End Software Engineer, you'll lead from the front, balancing high-impact individual contribution with regular pair programming to ensure technical excellence across a modern stack of Angular, NestJS, and AWS.
Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company. Utilize programming languages like Java, Javascript, Python, SQL, Node, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
