Job description
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs. You'll collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for millions of Americans.
You'll utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, and work with open source frameworks, container orchestration services, and AWS tools and services.
You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One, and will be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment. You'll also have the chance to mentor other members of the engineering community and participate in internal and external technology communities.
