Job description
As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you'll lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs for the company. You'll collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
You'll lead a team of developers, mentor others, and participate in internal & external technology communities. You'll also be asked to code or evaluate code from time to time. You'll utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, as well as AWS tools and services.
You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. You'll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment. You'll have the chance to work with emerging technologies and marry data with them.
