Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering

The Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering role works cooperatively with operations to help make informed decisions to maximize machine reliability and process optimization. This role is responsible for manufacturing and process engineering for Sustainable Technologies site.

Requirements

• Manage and lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance teams
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation support for equipment, maintenance, and process-related issues
• Develop, implement, and lead process improvement and capital projects
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, production floor layouts, and associated tooling
• Support production teams by resolving process, material, and quality issues across manufacturing departments
