Lead, Material Handler

Role Overview

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, organization, and storage of materials within the warehouse. This role supports daily operations by accurately handling stone slabs, remnants, and related products while maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to safety standards.

What You Will Do

Safely load, unload, and transport slabs, remnants, and other materials using forklifts, slab handlers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials in accordance with company standards and product-handling procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material tracking and movement. Proficient in operating slab-handling equipment and warehouse machinery. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and safely maneuver heavy materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience moving, storing, and handling stone slabs, remnants, or large-format materials required.
• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, A-frame dollies, and material handling tools.
