Job description
As a Manager Professional Services, you will lead project managers and a team leader, and be involved in steering groups of customer projects. You will work with your team to achieve high customer satisfaction and take our service delivery to a higher level.
You will be responsible for the project-based implementation of our software solutions, supporting customers in adoption and workplace guidance, monitoring progress and quality, and developing a strong implementation team.
You will bring value with your leadership experience, decisive personality, and strong communication skills. You will work in a hybrid environment with a good work-life balance and extensive training opportunities.
