IT Systems Administrator

AstroForge is seeking a self-starter to join as its first dedicated IT Systems Administrator. The role involves building, maintaining, and scaling the company's internal technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will own all aspects of IT, including end-user support, hardware lifecycle management, network administration, and security compliance.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests
• Design, deploy, and maintain corporate network infrastructure
• Administer identity and access management systems
• Procure, configure, deploy, and asset-track all company hardware
• Manage and scale cloud services and SaaS applications
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies
• Establish and manage endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation programs
• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Build and maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
