Optimizing administrative processes and ensuring smooth and efficient communication both internally and externally, contributing to effective and professional work in the construction company.

Requirements

• Acts as the first point of contact with visitors upon entry to the company's premises
• Follows and receives phone calls from visitors, as well as redirecting them to the relevant sectors and individuals in the company
• Provides support to other sectors in the company through the performance of activities related to sending and receiving mail
• Maintains a clear and accurate record of mail and activities related to sending and receiving it
• Manages the inventory of office supplies and procurement to replenish them
• Makes arrangements for business trips, i.e., organizes necessary transportation and accommodation in a hotel, if needed
• Assists with administrative tasks such as transferring documents, photocopying and scanning documents, if needed
• Assists with entering data and maintaining electronic and physical documentation systems, if needed
