Remote - Bilingual - Spanish + English - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - LVN

CareHarmony is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 100% remote with at least 3 years of direct patient-facing work experience. The position involves managing patient census, identifying and coordinating community resources, and providing patient education and health literacy on the management of chronic conditions.

• Technical aptitude – Microsoft Office Suite
