
Job description
The Member Engagement Analyst III is responsible for contributing to the overall support of Member Services programs by coordinating processes and procedures associated with benefits and retention. This role serves as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs, and supports member and community advisory committee meetings.
The Member Engagement Analyst III will support the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies, leverage data/intel to improve retention and support member growth, and facilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives.
This role requires a strong ability to build relationships/collaborate and influence at all levels, strong data analysis and trending skills, and a customer service, member-focused orientation.
