CARFAX Europe is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our information security team in Munich. As a Senior Analyst, you'll take the lead in defending our company against evolving threat landscape, driving incident response, and strengthening our security posture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years of combined experience in either Cybersecurity Engineering or Analytics role(s)
- Strong experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc..)
- Solid understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, etc..)
- Experience in Vulnerability Management Platforms (WIZ, Tenable, etc..)
- Strong experience in SIEM tooling (MS Sentinel, Splunk, etc..)
- Understanding of security frameworks and best practices
- Certification like CompTIA Security +, CompTIA CySA+ or CEH
- Strong understanding and experience of EDR Solutions
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10
- Experience with DLP Systems
- Basic automation skills (scripting in Python, PowerShell, etc..)
- Strong verbal and written English (C1)
- Analytical mindset with high attention to details
- Natural team-Player with 'can-do' attitude
