Sales Development Executive

Role Overview

Join Carlsberg Britvic as a Sales Development Executive and play a key part in our success journey. You will be responsible for growing and retaining your existing customer base and sales across your territory, working with licensed bars, restaurants, hotels, and pubs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include growing and retaining existing customer base, ensuring correct balance of prospect calls, utilising commercial levers to secure new distribution, and strengthening existing relationships.

Requirements

• Live within the territory and have a full driving license
• Excellent customer service, sales, & interpersonal skills
• Ambitious with a drive to progress your career
• Commercially aware with ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Experience of sales in an FMCG, retail or similar environment
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Time Management and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Problem Solver with proactive approach to identifying challenges
