
Job description
Carlton Fields is seeking a File Clerk for its Tampa office. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a file clerk. Experience in the legal industry is preferred.
Assist with maintaining and updating clients’ files and records on a daily basis, electronic filing of legal documents, monitoring and uploading federal and state notices and filings, and other duties.
The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on business needs is essential. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as electronic document management systems, is a plus.
