
Job description
We are seeking an Office Services Clerk to join our team in Tampa. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office services tasks, including document production, mail sorting, and inventory management.
The Office Services Clerk will be responsible for preparing copies, sorting and distributing mail, sending and receiving faxes, and managing inventory and stocking of office supplies. They will also assist with setting up conference rooms and post-meeting clean-up.
This role requires a positive and "can-do" approach, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well with others as a team player. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of office services experience and knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes, and other office equipment.
