Sr. Analyst, Consumer Insights

CarMax is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Consumer Insights to drive success through strategic thinking, problem solving, and data analytics. The role will design and manage research/analysis initiatives, analyze research/data, and create reports to influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in an analytical field and/or the social sciences
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinker with a proven track record of providing actionable insights and clear strategic direction
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver work
• Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Reporting Tools, and Relational Databases required
