The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect will lead and manage sourcing strategies for indirect (e.g., Professional Services, HR, Marketing/Media, Facilities, etc.) across our North America brands.
Requirements
- Develop and execute shortâ and longâterm strategic sourcing plans for indirect categories across brands, aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Use market insights and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities that improve service quality, commercial value, and performance.
- Lead financial and analytical assessments (total cost, benchmarks, commercial models) to support decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, structure complex service engagements, lead competitive events, and negotiate commercial terms through contract execution.
- Lead supplier relationship management for key partners, ensuring performance, delivery of outcomes, and continuous improvement against established KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead or participate in strategic discussions with senior internal leaders to identify sourcing opportunities and build alignment on category strategies.
