Kind Behavioral Health is looking for motivated, compassionate candidates who are eager to learn and make a difference in the lives of children with Autism. The job involves working one on one with kids to implement goals, provide feedback, and collect data, while also having opportunities for training, growth, and advancement.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism or intellectual disabilities
- High School diploma; College degree preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work part-time, Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
- Willingness to commute to and from client homes and clinics within 30 minutes in each direction
- Motivation and commitment to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of employment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others
