Role Overview

The Financial Controller will contribute to the preparation of social and consolidated accounts for over thirty real estate companies. They will be responsible for managing the closure and operational analysis, producing consolidated accounts, and reviewing and optimizing processes.

What You Will Do

The Financial Controller will participate in the management of the closure and operational analysis, produce consolidated accounts, and communicate with auditors.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bac+5 degree in accounting or finance, with a specialization in accounting or finance, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting principles, tax regulations, and IFRS standards.
