Role Overview

We are looking for a Pastry Cook to produce pastries and viennoiseries while respecting food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires great autonomy, rigor, organization, and mastery of different types of pastry and numerous fillings.

Reporting to the department manager, you will be responsible for producing pastries and viennoiseries.

Requirements

• CAP / BEP Pastry Cook - Ice Cream - Chocolatier - Confectioner training
• 2 years of minimum experience in the same position
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules
• Knowledge and application of culinary manufacturing processes (pastries, viennoiseries, biscuits, chocolate)
