Carrefour is looking for a pastry cook to prepare pastries and viennoiseries for its hypermarket. The role involves balancing production according to client flow and freshness constraints, ensuring respect for hygiene, safety, traceability, and quality rules.
Cook and prepare pastries, viennoiseries, manage production and sales planning, ensure quality and freshness of products, conduct product and equipment controls.
